Manuscript preparation, ethical standards and submission instructions for authors

Welcome to Shaikshik Anusandhan. The journal welcomes original scholarly contributions from education, humanities, social sciences, sciences, commerce, management, technology and other academic and interdisciplinary fields. Authors should carefully review the following guidelines before submission.

01Scope and Types of Contributions

The journal considers original research articles, review articles, conceptual and theoretical papers, empirical studies, case studies and interdisciplinary scholarly contributions relevant to its aims and scope.

  • Submissions must be original, academically sound and relevant to the journal.
  • Manuscripts must not be published previously or simultaneously under consideration elsewhere.
  • Articles may be submitted in English, Hindi or other languages supported by the journal, with clear and accurate academic writing.

04Originality, Plagiarism and AI Content

The journal calls for original, unpublished and plagiarism-free research without AI-generated content. Authors must take responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of the submitted manuscript.

  • Do not submit plagiarized, fabricated, falsified or improperly attributed material.
  • Acknowledge all sources, data, quotations, images and third-party intellectual property.
  • Follow the journal's published plagiarism and AI content policy.

Read the Plagiarism and AI Content Policy if available at this address, or locate it through the journal's About menu.

05Research and Publication Ethics

Authors should follow recognized scholarly publication ethics, including the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

  • Report methods, evidence and results transparently and accurately.
  • Obtain appropriate ethical approval and informed consent for studies involving human participants, when applicable.
  • Protect participant confidentiality and sensitive research data.
  • List as authors only individuals who meet applicable authorship criteria; acknowledge other contributors appropriately.
  • Disclose financial support, relevant conflicts of interest and any required permissions.
  • Cooperate with legitimate editorial queries, corrections and post-publication investigations.

06Citations and References

Use accurate in-text citations and a matching reference list. APA 7th edition is recommended for education, psychology and social science manuscripts; other established discipline-specific styles may be acceptable if applied consistently and permitted by the editors.

Provide DOIs as links when available. Verify every bibliographic entry before submission. Do not include fabricated or unverifiable references.

07Tables, Figures and Supplementary Material

  • Number tables and figures in the order they appear and refer to each in the text.
  • Provide descriptive captions, explanatory notes and data sources.
  • Submit clear, readable figures with sufficient resolution for online publication.
  • Obtain reproduction permission for copyrighted third-party materials where required.
  • Remove identifying or confidential information from supplementary materials unless lawful disclosure is authorized.

08Peer Review and Editorial Decision

Submitted manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening for suitability, completeness and ethical compliance. Manuscripts selected for review are evaluated according to the journal's published peer-review process. Editorial decisions may include acceptance, revision or rejection.

Authors receiving revision requests should submit a revised manuscript and a clear point-by-point response to reviewer and editor comments.

  1. Prepare the manuscript and supporting information in accordance with these guidelines.
  2. Check originality, citations, author information, disclosures and permissions.
  3. Submit through the journal's online submission system, or send the manuscript to the official editorial email address as indicated in the journal's call for papers.
